Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• CDA preferred
• 1–2 years of experience preferred
• Completion of state‑required pre‑service training
• Strong communication skills with children, families, and staff
• Ability to handle classroom responsibilities with professionalism and calm
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (including infant lifting for younger classrooms)
• Must meet background check requirements

Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
