Toddler Lead Teacher (ECE Certified) – The Learning Experience Natick Location: The Learning Experience – Natick, MA
Pay: $24 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Natick is hiring a caring, energetic Toddler Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our program focuses on providing a joyful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where children build independence, curiosity, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the toddler classroom and ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families through consistent communication and daily updates.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain classroom excellence and compliance.
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• ECE certification (required) in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working with toddlers or preschoolers (1+ year preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
