As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll support lead teachers in creating engaging, play-based classrooms that foster early learning and development through Constructivist Theory and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; CDA preferred
• Experience with young children preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with curriculum delivery, classroom setup, and daily routines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Support child assessments and family communication
• Work collaboratively with teaching teams
