In this role, you will oversee a Department of Public Health-funded tobacco cessation program, supervise a team of professionals, drive program performance, and collaborate with healthcare and community partners to expand access to evidence-based tobacco treatment services.

What You'll Do:
- Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, supporting professional development, quality service delivery, and program success.
- Oversee implementation of tobacco cessation services and integrate best practices across agency programs and community partnerships.
- Coordinate training, coaching, and technical assistance on evidence-based tobacco treatment strategies and DPH-approved curricula.
- Lead community outreach, education, and marketing efforts to increase awareness and engagement in cessation services.
- Monitor program outcomes, compliance, documentation, and data reporting to ensure achievement of grant and agency goals.
- Manage program operations, including budgets, performance metrics, quality improvement initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration.

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a Health, Human Services, Public Health, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or human services setting.
- At least three years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred
Qualifications
- Connecticut professional licensure.
- Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS) credential.
