We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time TMS Technical Analyst to join our IT team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Director, Business Solutions, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our Transportation Management System (TMS). In this role, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the TMS platform aligns with operational goals and delivers measurable value.
You will be responsible for:
Configuring, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) TMS platform.
Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Developing and maintaining real-time and batch-based integrations between TMS and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, EDI).
Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to transportation operations.
Coaching, mentoring, and training IT and business team members on technical and functional aspects of the Blue Yonder TMS
Managing system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including configuration guides, data flow diagrams, and support procedures.
Providing end-user training and support as needed.
Monitoring system performance and recommending improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Working with Blue Yonder support and other vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
You have:
A post-secondary education in computer science or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or software development, with strong understanding of system design and SDLC.
5+ years of experience with Blue Yonder TMS (formerly JDA TMS) in a technical or techno-functional role.
A strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes.
Experience with system integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, EDI, ETL, middleware).
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of Informatica IDMC platform is an asset.
A strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, design and implementation using either Oracle or SQL Server technologies.

Compensation Details:
$96,443.00 - $120,554.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
