About This Role

As a TMS Product Owner for our Residential and Light Commercial HVAC business. This person will report to the Director of Transportation Planning and be the liaison between the business and digital support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business and technical expertise to identify and design continuous improvements
• Plan and prioritize product backlog for the SAP TMS system in accordance with business objectives
• Work with Digital teams develop an accurate understanding of business needs and determine feasible solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and support of high-priority, key issues
• SME (Subject Matter Expert) on system functionality as it relates to business operations
• Understand, communicate, and document the Business, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions that meet the needs of the Business
• Understand, communicate, and document Detailed Designs and Functional Specifications
• Design, review, and document test cases that prove the business scenarios for desired functionality
• Provide quality testing of applications throughout each phase of the project lifecycle
• Provide technical stewardship for the platform including maintenance scheduling, monitoring key metrics to determine system health
• Provide user training on new features and functionality

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 7+ years of experience and knowledge with the implementation of TMS (Transportation Management Systems)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS software systems and processes and how they interact with TMS
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and reporting
• Passion and curiosity for technology
• Sense of ownership as it relates to completing tasks and assignments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective solution vision development – ability to see and present ‘the big picture’ – uncover business challenges
• Ability to innovate and think outside the box
