TMS Director
Location: This is an in-person position based out in Vienna, VA (North Virginia)
Employment Type: W-2 Part-Time Employee with opportunities to build to full-time with clinical work
Schedule: 5-10 hours per month
Compensation: $18,000 annual stipend for TMS Director Responsibilities + 60% compensation split for clinical services
The Ross Center is seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial, and clinically excellent TMS Director to launch and lead our brand-new Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) service line at our Vienna, VA location. As a premium, self-pay practice, we pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge, evidence-based, and highly personalized care. The TMS Director will have full clinical and administrative oversight of the TMS program. This role is inherently part-time; however, we are pleased to offer a Full-Time track for candidates interested in blending their leadership duties with a thriving general outpatient psychiatry practice at the Ross Center.
Building upon the clinical delivery responsibilities of TMS Technicians and the operational oversight of Clinic Coordinators, the TMS Director provides clinical leadership, program oversight, and strategic direction for all TMS services. This role ensures high-quality patient care, appropriate patient selection, and consistent execution of treatment protocols, while also guiding program development, provider collaboration, and overall service line growth.
