As a TM/Line In charge – you will be a part of Maintenance Engine Plant department and will report to Section Head Engine Maintenance Plant .Your role will be:
To Achieve Zero Failures at optimum cost in Maintenance (Machine Shop) using appropriate maintenance tactics by using TPM methodology.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Support day-to-day production in Machine Shop (Aluminium & Steel Phase) & adherence to Department DWM Activities.
• Diagnosis problem related to Fanuc Robo Drill, Micromatic Grinders, Marposs Gauging System, Induction Hardening, Rotary Milling, Honing, Fanuc Robots, Palletizer Gantries/Shuttles, Fine Boring Machines, Fanuc CNC System, CC-link network, Mitsubishi PLC, Siemens PLC
• Reducing cost by optimizing spare part planning & eliminating repeated failures, along with localization & development of imported spares.
• In-house teaching & Maintenance of Fanuc Robots as per product requirement.
• Implementing & recording of PM, CBM & predictive techniques in Machine Shop, provide solutions for equipment malfunctioning, system faults, which leads to equipment failure.

• B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or related disciplines
• Understanding of SAP- MM Module
• PLC Programming, Diagnosis & Troubleshooting (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubhishi)
• CC Link
• CNC Machine Maintenance , Servo Drives & Motors Maintenance
• Good people management skills
• Multitasking, Problem Solving and Decision making skills
• Managing Digitalisation & Innovation.
