Role

As a TM/Line In charge – you will be a part of Business Excellence team of Hero Next and you will be report to Head-Business Excellence. Your role will be-

To Drive Hero NEXT (A well thoughtful assessment based award & recognition mechanism for Hero plants and supply chain partners to promote innovation, bring competitiveness, higher performance and create new benchmarks in the industry) as a holistic approach starting from annual planning, organizing plant assessments, coordinating with plants and assessors, coordinating with Event agency for organizing Hero NEXT global Event. Building structure for horizontal sharing of learning across the sites to enhance business results.

A purpose driven role for you


Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

-Develop Hero NEXT Yearly masterplan and MID term plan with stakeholders to ensure better coordination.

-To Ensure flawless the execution of Hero NEXT master plan for Organizing Kaizen and annual conclave

-Taking Hero NEXT to higher Level by driving next practices and systems across organization value chain.

Academic Qualification & Experience


• B.tech with 2~5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations and supply chain.
