To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a TML Quality Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the TML Quality Engineer is responsible for managing and following up on quality processes focused on non‑conforming materials and continuous improvement, ensuring proper control of data, documentation, and quality metrics, as well as compliance with internal standards.

What a typical day looks like:

• Act as TML Representative, managing platform users and Reason Codes.
• Administer MRB Cage, NCM, purges, and Bone Pile.
• Generate and update SOPs and process documentation.
• Perform process mapping and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow up on improvement plans.
• Generate quality dashboards and reports.
• Administer HC related to quality activities.
• Provide support for NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.
• Prepare and deliver executive presentations.

Experience we are looking for to join our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering completed.
• Intermediate English.
• Experience in Process Mapping and Improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt) (desirable).
• Experience in NPI.
• Experience in sheet metal processes (desirable).
• Experience in metal‑mechanical processes (desirable).
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience generating dashboards and reports.
