About the Role
Reporting to the Materials Coordinator (Manager), this opportunity provides you with delivering the urgent and high priority procurement requirements to ensure we meet our maintenance commitments for the Maritime Sustainment teams. In this role, you will track the movement of the services or materials to support any and all requirements and particularly those around defect rectification at our Henderson site while ensuring accurate input of stock data into the Babcock systems.
Moreover, you'll take charge of prioritizing materials in need of repair or maintenance in storage to ensure that our stock levels consistently meet contractual obligations for serviceable inventory.
About you
You will be experienced in MILIS and SAP with strong computer literacy across the Microsoft Office Suite. Working independently, you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities. You must also have the ability to pick up new processes and systems to deliver on the RMP West contract.
You will have an NV1 Defence Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
