We are seeking a skilled and innovative Content Developer with expertise in creating microlearning and video-based content, specifically for the automotive sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that the content is up-to-date and engages the learner community. The role also involves collaborating with multiple internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Development: Develop and deliver microlearning modules, video-based training (AV), and other e-learning materials.
• LMS Management: Oversee and maintain the LMS, ensuring timely updates, integration of new content, and user engagement.
• Content Strategy: Create content roadmaps including VCT (Virtual Classroom Training), ILT (Instructor-Led Training), Tactical updates, and Refresher modules.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (like Marketing, Product, HR) and external vendors to ensure content is aligned with organizational objectives.
• Content QA: Perform quality checks on content and LMS functionality to ensure a smooth learning experience.

• Industry Experience:

o Hands-on experience with a variety of learning formats, including microlearning, video-based learning, Virtual Classroom Training (VCT), Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and digital assessments.
