Job Description

职责:

1.通过电话、微信等方式联系公司提供的客户资源,筛选意向客户并邀约到店或参加免费活动(如课程咨询、英语体验课等)。
2.挖掘客户需求,将有效线索转交给销售顾问后续跟进,准确录入客户信息及沟通记录至系统,定期回访维护客户关系。
3.完成月度到访/到课指标,提升关键环节转化率。

要求:

1. 有TMK或者课程顾问经验者优先,普通话标准。
2.抗压能力强,有销售意识或客服经验者优先。
沟通表达清晰,有亲和力,具备团队合作精神。
