The SeniorBusiness Development and Marketing Analyst will support our client delivery team at a pivotal moment of growth. In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality business development and marketing content that supports TMG in winning and retaining clients. You will work closely with senior leaders and our client delivery team to create compelling materials that communicate TMG’s value clearly and credibly to C-suite and board-level audiences.

Compensation
TMG offers a competitive base salary, discretionary bonus, and benefits package. This role is open to qualified candidates in New York City and the New York metro area. A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 with the potential for additional performance-based earnings. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of TMG’s total reward package which includes a discretionary bonus, 401(k), generous time off, comprehensive benefits and a wellness program.
