The Manager, Strategic Initiatives supports TMG’s leadership team – comprising the Managing Partner, Head of Client Strategy, Head of Growth, and Head of Talent – by ensuring day-to-day execution, follow-through, and communication on strategic priorities. The role focuses on execution rigor – developing executive-ready materials, tracking key issues, coordinating across functions, and summarizing complex topics into concise insights for awareness and decision support. This role delivers hands-on, tactical execution support, driving change management to free up the leadership team’s time and attention for high-impact strategic and client work.

TMG offers a competitive base salary, discretionary bonus, and benefits package. A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this position is $140,000 - $190,000, with the potential for additional performance-based earnings. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of TMG’s total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, 401K, generous paid time off, benefits, and wellness program.
