Provide ongoing email, telephone, and ticket support and resolution for TM products and services with an emphasis on delivering white-glove service to an exclusive client portfolio of clients. The TM Specialty Support Specialist will assist clients by researching high touch Treasury Management client inquiries in a professional, timely, and efficient manner. Maintains working knowledge of banking rules and regulations. Understanding policies and procedures in relation to Treasury Management Support applications, Nacha Guidelines, UCC4A and other Banking Regulations governing electronic payments and Check21.

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.
This position is located in a cubicle environment that may be loud throughout the day. The position is located inside a cooled and heated facility with ability to go to a break room or rest room during breaks.
Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
