Our work is rooted in a philosophy of coalition-building and collaboration with residents and other stakeholders to jointly create a lasting impact in the community.
We focus on three program areas in conjunction with the development of affordable and permanent supportive housing:
- Workforce for Adults and Youth

- Entrepreneur and Small Business Services
Founded in January 2005 by neighborhood residents and community leaders, our goal is to strengthen the economic vitality of South Los Angeles and improve the quality of life for youth and the community. CRCD received its federal tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation in December 2005.
