ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Any teacher/coach must possess the ability to perform these essential job functions and typical duties:

• Support the mission, vision, values, and goals of Twin Lakes School Corporation.
• Create, plan, and teach fundamentals of the sport.
• Effectively and consistently communicate and interact with students, parents, staff and community, while enthusiastically demonstrating and modeling good sportsmanship.
• Demonstrate commitment to develop and condition student athletes, in and out of season.
• Have the ability to build and maintain an atmosphere of fun and mutual respect.
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with administration and teaching staff.
• Monitor appropriate use and care of equipment, materials and facilities.
• Provide quality, accurate, constructive, corrective, specific and timely feedback to students that encourages them to perform at their highest level.
• Advocate for and lead initiatives that will enhance student success in and out of school.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
