Roles & Responsibility - TL Production - Cold Forming.
•Operating & Setting of Cold forming, annealing , washing & rolling machines within stipulated time .
•To produce components as per quality standards and Production norms.
•Work order reporting & monitoring.
•Material movements in respective working area.
•Daily scrape monitoring and reporting.
•To maintain shop floor discipline.
•To reduce setting and resetting time .
•Ensure 5S+2 on respective area.
•Trouble shooting & to achieve shift production targets.
•To achieve departmental KPI & goals.
•Training of new employee’s.
•Manpower handling in shifts.
Qualificcation - DME
Exp - 5 to 6 yrs
