岗位职责：

（一）制造技术统筹与标准落地全面负责工厂制造技术整体规划、方案设计与全流程落地管理，主导新工艺研发、新设备工艺开发，夹具设计优化的现场验证、调试与规模化应用；本地化设备验证与认证。拆解总部制造标准、工艺规范、IE管理体系要求，完成本地化适配优化，保障生产工艺稳定性、合规性。

（二）数字化与智能化管理推进统筹工厂数字化制造体系整体规划与建设落地，主导MES生产制造执行系统的深度功能开发、场景化应用优化、全模块运维与数据治理，搭建生产全流程数据采集、分析、应用与闭环管理体系；负责工厂智能制造升级、AI工业视觉检测、AI生产过程优化、AI搭建应用和推广。智能设备联动等创新技术方向的调研、规划、试点验证、规模化推广与全周期管理，推动工厂制造环节数智化转型。

（三）技术管理与内外部协同统筹组织工厂内部技术研讨、工艺改善复盘、经验沉淀分享与优秀改善成果推广展示，搭建技术人才成长与交流平台；对接总部技术、工艺、数字化部门及区域协同工厂，参与行业前沿技术交流、内部最佳实践共享，推动跨工厂技术标准统一、管理经验复制与改善成果联动落地。

（四）团队与项目管理负责制造技术团队日常管理、人才培养、梯队搭建与绩效考核，统筹工厂级降本提效、工艺优化、数智化升级等重大改善项目的全周期管理，把控项目进度、成本与落地效果，持续提升工厂制造运营效率与核心竞争力。
