The Dispatch & Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting field operations by coordinating manpower across active projects while also driving recruiting efforts to meet workforce demands. This role is critical in a fast-paced, high growth environment and requires the ability to balance real time dispatching with proactive recruiting and onboarding.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. May be required to operate in a petrochemical/ refinery environment with exposure to cold working conditions during winter months and hot working conditions during the summer months; exposure to noise, workers must wear protecting hearing equipment or frequently shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. In an emergency situation, exposure to hazardous chemicals may occur and the use of a respirator is required. May be required to be fit tested for the various respirators used as well as the ability to successfully pass a pulmonary function test (PFT).

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
