职位描述
岗位职责 1、负责公司TK账号的短视频内容策划、拍摄、剪辑和发布，每日更新，保证内容质量和更新频率 2、根据产品卖点和目标市场，独立完成脚本策划、拍剪、发布的流程 3、为站外数字广告提供视频素材支持（视频为主、平面为辅），保证一定视频素材数量 4、配合新品上线节奏，制作产品短视频和推广素材 5、持续关注 TK 平台热点和爆款趋势，优化内容方向，提升视频完播率和转化率
职位要求
任职要求 1、1-3 年TK短视频制作经验，具备TK自建视频经验 2、精通剪映 / CapCut，熟练使用 PR、AE 等后期软件 3、具备批量产出能力—— 能高效管理多个账号的内容排期和产出节奏 4、对海外市场（欧美 / 东南亚）有了解，有英语基础或能使用 AI 工具解决语言障碍 5、有跨境电商 / 出海品牌工作经验优先
