MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree. Six years of full-time wage earning experience in a residential setting, treatment or correctional program. Two years of work experience must have been in a supervisory/management position.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree. Eight years of full-time wage earning experience in a residential setting, treatment or correctional program. Two years of work experience must have been in a supervisory/management position.

Knowledge of:
• The overall operation of a halfway house or secure correctional facility.
• Laws and regulations and agency policies and procedures relating to the management and operation of a halfway house.
• Juvenile treatment/correctional methods, techniques, practices, and procedures.
• Mental health assessments, techniques, and interventions.
Skill in:
• Verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving, coordinating and organizing.
• Determining appropriate treatment options.
• Using computers and applicable software.
