Job Category: AccountingBillion Auto is seeking a Full Time Title Clerk to join our Accounting Team!
As a Title Clerk with Billion Auto, you will be handling the legal transfer of documents for the DMV and assists with scanning car deal paperwork. You will process new and used vehicles for registration in the state they will be titled in, along with preparing the tax and title  documents within the time frames that are required by law.
While in this position, you can expect to abide by Billion's company privacy guidelines to protect the privacy of all our customers. Verifying that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder has been paid off before processing title applications is important while ensuring proper lien notations.
Additionally, Title Clerk duties are not limited to signing over titles for all wholesalers that have been paid in full, billing dealer trades and preparing the Certificate of Origin.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous office experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Organization skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
