Account Manager – Title & Escrow

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the company in the local real estate community—connecting with Realtors, lenders, builders, and other industry partners to develop new relationships, introduce title and escrow services, and grow business.

This is a great opportunity for someone already working in real estate, mortgage, escrow, or another client-facing role who enjoys networking, knows how to build relationships, and is ready to take the next step into sales and business development.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, and other real estate professionals.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and industry involvement.
• Introduce clients and prospects to the company’s title and escrow services.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and referral partners.
• Attend industry events, open houses, broker meetings, networking events, and community activities.
• Partner closely with Escrow Officers and internal teams to provide a great client experience.
• Stay connected with clients throughout the relationship and follow up on opportunities.
• Help coordinate client events, educational opportunities, and other creative ways to stay engaged with the real estate community.
• Use social media and other marketing tools to build visibility and strengthen relationships.
• Track outreach, client activity, and new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience
• Title, escrow, real estate, or lending experience required
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and title/escrow services
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proven ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships
• Existing network within the local real estate or lending community preferred
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Compensation: $50k-$60k + Commission/Bonus Structure: OTE $100k++
