Job Description

Responsibilities:

ProjectCoordination

• Oversee production process from start to finish,identifyingand addressing project changes, potential problems and issues, and fielding client requests and complaints. 

• Review client orders,determineand schedule project deliverables, production milestones, and required tasks. 

• Ensure delivery requirements andobjectivesareaccomplishedwithinagreedtime framesand funding parameters. 

• Manage client order specs, production data, and required elements. 

• Assistin developing detailed project plans that outline timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Order Delivery and SystemManagement

• Oversee the delivery oforders&projectsonIyuno’ssystems

• Collectclient requirementsfrom theService DeliveryManager,understand andrecordthe detailof every projectfor the Account management team and Operations team to have confidence in the system records

• RaisePO’s and ICO’s

• Maintain detailed system records of client interactions, orders, and project progress

KPI’s and Reporting

• ProvideServiceDelivery managerswith regular updates on project status, timelines, and any changes or issues that may arise.

• Prepare and deliver regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders

Billing andContinuous Improvement

• Resolveunbilled projects

• Ensuretimelyandaccurateinvoicing for clients, monitoring accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment.

• Identifyareas for improvementor systemisationin the service delivery processand systemsImplementimprovementswhichenhance efficiency and quality.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experienceof working in a collaborative matrix rolefor3 -5 years

• Strong understanding oflocalization operationsprocesses.

• Excellent client management and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities withanability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Detailorientation

• Proficiencyinlocalizationsoftware and tools.

Hourly Rate depending on experience: $25-$31
