
Quinnipiac University invites applications for a Title IX and Bias Response Case Coordinator to play a vital role in advancing the university's commitment to fostering a safe, equitable, and inclusive learning and working environment. In this highly collaborative position, you will serve as a trusted resource to students, faculty, and staff by supporting the resolution of Title IX and bias-related concerns with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
The successful candidate will provide guidance on university policies, procedures, and supportive resources; partner with campus stakeholders to promote compliance with federal and state regulations; and help ensure individuals understand their rights, options, and available support throughout institutional processes. This role contributes to the fair and equitable resolution of concerns while promoting transparency, accountability, and respect for all members of the Quinnipiac community.
Through education, outreach, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will help strengthen the university's culture of belonging and contribute to the development of policies, practices, and community standards that uphold Quinnipiac's commitment to equity, inclusion, and institutional excellence.
