
An established organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee internal administrative functions and ensure efficient operations across its Title I programs.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee operations across multiple administrative departments
Manage approximately 15–20 team members across four departments
Support department supervisors and maintain strong operational structure
Improve internal processes and workflow systems
Ensure communication and coordination across teams
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong leadership and operational management experience
Background in administrative or operational leadership
Familiarity or experience with Title I programs
Ability to manage multiple departments and supervisors
Highly organized with strong communication and systems-thinking skills
Salary: $100k - $110k/Year
