Job Description

An established organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee internal administrative functions and ensure efficient operations across its Title I programs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee operations across multiple administrative departments

  • Manage approximately 15–20 team members across four departments

  • Support department supervisors and maintain strong operational structure

  • Improve internal processes and workflow systems

  • Ensure communication and coordination across teams

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and operational management experience

  • Background in administrative or operational leadership

  • Familiarity or experience with Title I programs

  • Ability to manage multiple departments and supervisors

  • Highly organized with strong communication and systems-thinking skills

Salary: $100k - $110k/Year
