  • Curative & Resolution: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and external groups to clear title obstacles by obtaining lien releases, satisfactions, and corrective documents.
  • Public Records Research: Navigate county recording systems and digital databases to interpret deeds, mortgages, tax documents, and encumbrances.
  • Foreclosure Team Support: Team up with attorneys and paralegals to deliver clear title summaries, track files, and assemble FHA/VA title packages whenever necessary.
  • Quality Control: Maintain precise, exact, and fully compliant case management files according to firm and legal guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Legal Studies, or a comparable discipline.
  • Acquaintance with the mortgage foreclosure process and FHA/VA title mandates.
  • Practical experience bridging chain-of-title gaps and resolving stubborn liens.

  • Eight paid holidays per year
  • Complete medical, dental, and vision coverage (featuring company contributions for dependents)
  • Firm-paid life insurance and short-term disability
