What You'll Do

• Process vehicle titles and registrations for retail and wholesale transactions
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Monitor title status and follow up on outstanding documentation
• Coordinate with dealerships, financial institutions, auctions, and state agencies as needed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of title work
• Stay informed on title regulations, policies, and procedural updates
• Support dealership staff by answering title-related questions and providing guidance when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous dealership title clerk experience preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle titling and registration processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize work in a high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience with dealership management systems is a plus

Requirements

• Automotive industry experiences 1-2 years.
• Title/Registration knowledge.
• CDK experience
• Professional communication, verbal and written.
• Strong emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug screening
