Responsibilities:

• Managing BTG Tissue Segment growth in China:
• Motivating tissue team to reach targets according to strategy
• Maintaining and establishing Key account co-operation at various levels in customers’ organization
• Identifying and communicating market trends and needs to BTG stakeholders
• Driving the culture of understanding and providing market leading ROI to customers
• Ensuring Health and Safety as well as Code of Conduct is adhered within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with major of pulp and paper making, mechanical of paper industry (for outstanding sales track record including hands-on tissue making experience, the university degree requirement can be waived)
• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in tissue mill or tissue mill supplying industry (machinery, consumable, electrical or chemical suppliers)
• A track record of sales achievement and customer intimacy
• Good social and communication skills
• Creates trust and positive energy
• Proficiency in use of standard software applications, like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Good English skills
