L'iconico Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice seleziona una/un tirocinante per l'ufficio acquisti.
Si tratta di una opportunità full time (40 ore la settimana dal lunedì al venerdì, orario indicativo tra le 8 e le 16:30) da maggio fino a fine settembre 2027.
La risorsa affiancherà i colleghi dell'ufficio, che si trova in Giudecca, nelle immediate vicinanze dell'Hotel, nel lavoro di inserimento dati. È quindi necessaria una buona dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici, l'uso della posta elettronica e del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel. La risorsa imparerà anche a usare il software contabile di magazzino per le principali attività dell'ufficio (inserimento dati documenti di trasporto, controllo prezzi e quantitativi, contatti fornitori ecc.).
Questa opportunità di stage è rivolta esclusivamente a studentesse e studenti di università, di istituti di formazione post diploma per l'ospitalità o di accademie specializzate nella formazione per il turismo. È previsto infatti unicamente come stage curriculare.
Viene richiesta una disponibilità a tempo pieno (40 ore settimanali su 5 giorni) da maggio a fine settembre.
È indispensabile una buona conoscenza sia dell'italiano che dell'inglese e nell'uso degli strumenti informatici.
Verranno ritenuti fondamentali l'organizzazione e gestione delle priorità, una buona comunicazione, l'attenzione al dettaglio e il desiderio di crescere e imparare.
Indispensabile la residenza in zona in quanto non viene fornito alloggio.
Le candidature prive di questi requisiti o dei documenti necessari per lavorare in Italia non potranno essere prese in considerazione.
