The Opportunity
As a Tire Sales Specialist,you’llwork inside a premium OEM dealership, using your tire knowledge to guide customers, drive sales, and deliveran exceptionalservice experience.
WhatYou’llDo
Sell tires on the service drive and exceed sales goals
Inspect vehicles andidentifytire needs
Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and provideaccuratequotes
Ensure services are completed as promised
Build strong relationships with customers and dealership staff
Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
Support inventory, store operations, and technician coordination
WhatWe’reLooking For
2+ years of tire industry experience (required)
(Retail tire, service, or dealership experience strongly preferred)
Customer-facing experience with a sales mindset
Strong communicationand relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced service drive environment
Basic computerproficiency(MS Office, order systems)
Physical Requirements
On your feet 7–8 hours per shift
Able to inspect 80–100 vehicles per day
Lift up to 75lbsunassisted
