The Opportunity

As a Tire Sales Specialist,you’llwork inside a premium OEM dealership, using your tire knowledge to guide customers, drive sales, and deliveran exceptionalservice experience.

WhatYou’llDo

  • Sell tires on the service drive and exceed sales goals

  • Inspect vehicles andidentifytire needs

  • Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and provideaccuratequotes

  • Ensure services are completed as promised

  • Build strong relationships with customers and dealership staff

  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

  • Support inventory, store operations, and technician coordination

WhatWe’reLooking For

  • 2+ years of tire industry experience (required)
    (Retail tire, service, or dealership experience strongly preferred)

  • Customer-facing experience with a sales mindset

  • Strong communicationand relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service drive environment

  • Basic computerproficiency(MS Office, order systems)

Physical Requirements

  • On your feet 7–8 hours per shift

  • Able to inspect 80–100 vehicles per day

  • Lift up to 75lbsunassisted
