Tire & Lube Technician / Automotive Mechanic

McCarthy Tire is seeking a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Tire & Lube Technician / Automotive Mechanic to join our team. This position focuses primarily on light-duty vehicles, including tires, oil changes, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, with occasional heavy-duty truck work.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs
• Perform oil changes, fluid services, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, electrical, A/C, and other systems
• Perform wheel alignments and general automotive repairs
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair needs
• Perform heavy-duty truck service as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Provide and maintain your own tools

Requirements

• Automotive or tire/service experience preferred
• Must have or be able to obtain a state inspection license
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Heavy-duty experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, safety-minded, and customer-focused
