We’re looking for an Tire Foam Filling Technician to join our team and play a critical role in our daily operations. This is a fast-paced position utilizing modern computerized technology to pump foam mixture into the cavity of off-the-road tire assemblies.

What You’ll Do:
• Foaming Equipment start up, shut down, operations and clean-up for the following
◦ Belt Drive Foam Filling Machine
◦ Green Machine Foam Filling Machine
◦ Graco Pump
• Simple programming of Trio-Fill Machines
• Follow established Pomp’s work instructions to ensure proper foam mix and pressurization
• Maintain a clean and orderly working area
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
What You Need:
• Basic tire knowledge helpful
• Knowledge and ability to use various digital tools, technologies, and programs to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively
• Required to talk and hear to use equipment and effectively communicate with internal and external customers and co-workers
• Willingness to work within other facility areas if/as needed
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Regularly lift, upright, push, or move 50 pounds; occasionally upright, push, or move 100 pounds
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty. Frequent kneeling and bending over and back.
• Standing continuously throughout the shift.
• Must be tolerable to required PPE (Face-shield, apron, protective sleeves, and rubber gloves)
