Are you passionate about shaping the future of high-performance tire and rubber materials? Join us at the Synthesis and Application Lab in Fengxian, Shanghai; where innovation drives everything we do. allnex is on the lookout for a Tire Development Lead (APAC) to spearhead our technology development initiatives—covering both polymer synthesis and application technologies—for next-generation tire and rubber additives.
In this key regional leadership role, you will guide technical strategies, collaborate closely with global R&D and business teams, and help position our portfolio for strong global growth. Your expertise will directly influence product performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.
