o 严格按照生产操作说明和标准操作程序进行正确的操作,保证产品符合质量标准。
o 认真参加各种培训。
o 交接班正确明了,保证生产连续运转。
o 真实、及时、清晰、准确、完整地完成工作记录,保证字迹清晰,内容正确。
o 按照各工序的要求完成自检工作,一旦发现质量问题,要立即停止生产并报告,待问题得到纠正后再继续生产。
o 仔细清场,防止混批,发现偏差应立即报告。
o 发现并提出改进机会,同时参与解决方法。
o 每天对使用的设备进行检查,并填写好相应的操作人员设备维护检查表。
o 保证工作场所清洁、工具设备整洁、物品放置有序。
o 发现设备故障应立即停机报修,设备维修完毕应试机进行确认。
o 要节约物料和能源,避免浪费。
o 严格遵守操作安全要求,参与日常的防火和安全保卫工作。
o 发现事故隐患,应立即报告。
o 一旦发生紧急事故,应遵守相关的安全程序。
o 负责将业务相关问题或机会传达给下一级管理层。
o 对于那些监督或管理员工的人员,如适用,负责确保下属遵循与健康,安全和环境实践相关的所有公司指南,以及所有需要的资源都是可用的,且状况良好。
