車載向けのSoC製品は、"CASE"に代表される自動車の電子化/高機能化を実現するためのキーパーツです。車載向けSoCである R-Car シリーズは先端プロセスを用いたルネサス内屈指の規模、機能を誇る製品になっています。
従来以上に基本性能部分の高速化と低電力化が求められるとともに、高速I/F(DDR, SerDes, etc.)対応、機能安全対応、高度なセキュリティへの対応、ニューラルネットワークなどの最先端技術への対応、大規模回路の短TATでの実装など、幅広い技術の集積が必要となります。
これらの要素技術をSoCへインテグレーションするためのタイミング設計は必要不可欠であり、タイミング設計の技術をリーディングできるエンジニアを募集します。

・SoCのタイミング設計(STA)戦略のグランドデザイン
・新ツールや設計フローの導入検討
■必要なスキル/経験■
【必須条件】
・論理合成ツール、検証ツールを使用したLSI設計経験
・スクリプト言語(Pythonやtclなど)を使用した開発経験
・英語に抵抗が無い方
【歓迎要件】
・Linux環境での開発経験
・LSIの実装機評価経験
・英語によるコミュニケーションスキル（日常会話ができる (TOEIC 600点程度)）
