The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
We have an opportunity for a Timetable and Enrolment Coordinator to join our Timetable and Enrolment team to help us deliver an exceptional enrolment experience to our students. You will join a team of Coordinators and Advisers focused on providing support across our timetabling and enrolment functions.
The role is varied and could involve working on timetable data collection, course and class set-up, room bookings, enrolment compliance and enrolment processing. Coordinators will have specific areas of focus but will also need to work together to complete the tasks required and proactively resolve timetabling and enrolment issues.
The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 19 months.
The salary range for this role is from NZ $63,600 – $68,100 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

Ideally you will have previous experience in an administrative role working to tight deadlines, and have excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills. Previous timetable experience is not a requirement for the role.
