We’re looking for a technically skilled and solutions-focused professional to join our Operational Planning team, reporting to the Head of Operational Planning.
In this role, you’ll develop and enhance automated solutions that validate timetable data, strengthen assurance processes and improve data integrity across the network. Combining data analytics, automation and problem-solving, you’ll turn complex timetable data into reliable insights and smarter solutions that support operational decision-making.

About You
You’re an analytical and solutions-focused professional who enjoys working with complex data and identifying practical ways to improve systems and processes through automation.
You’ll bring SQL capability, experience working with data architecture and database solutions, and demonstrated experience in automating business rules or developing analytical tools.
We’re looking for someone who can bring a combination of the following:
A tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline, experience within the rail or transport industry, and exposure to project delivery methodologies would be advantageous but are not essential.
