The Project:

The consortium of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has been selected to build South Australia's biggest-ever road infrastructure project. In partnership with the South Australian Government, this consortium forms the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance.

The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, will deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, forming a continuous 78 km, non-stop, traffic light-free motorway, and contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.

The T2D Project involves constructing two separate tunnels – the Southern Tunnels and the Northern Tunnels connected by an open motorway, with a combined total distance of 10.5km, open to traffic in 2031. The T2D project comprises the tunnels, surface works including road and bridge construction in addition to services buildings and complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure. The T2D Alliance is committed to providing opportunities for local people, Aboriginal workers, apprentices, trainees and job seekers who are long-term unemployed and offers people an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Timesheet & Site Administrator to support the accurate and timely management of workforce data and timekeeping across the T2D workforce.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail and is confident working with a large project team. Working closely with Payroll, HR, supervisors, employees and project teams, you will ensure timesheets, attendance, rosters and workforce records are accurately maintained and processed within required timeframes. This is a site-based role located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Dayforce Time & Attendance system for the project workforce.
  • Create, maintain and update workforce rosters, schedules and workforce groups.
  • Review and monitor daily timesheets, attendance and outstanding approvals.
  • Investigate and resolve timesheet and timekeeping discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of workforce hours to Payroll.
  • Work closely with employees, supervisors, Payroll and HR to resolve Time & Attendance queries.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records and registers, including Task Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and VOCs.
  • Coordinate training and maintain training registers across the precast sites.
  • Support payroll reviews, audits and investigations by providing accurate data and records.
  • Monitor recurring timekeeping issues and provide administrative support to site and project teams.

About You:

  • Experienced Site Administrator, Workforce Administrator, Time & Attendance Officer, Payroll Officer or similar with relevant experience.
  • Experience using Dayforce or similar Time & Attendance systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of timesheets, attendance, rosters and payroll processes.
  • Experience investigating and resolving timesheet or payroll discrepancies.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong Excel and administrative skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with employees, supervisors and project stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Experience working within construction, infrastructure, engineering or other large workforce environments is highly regarded.
  • Holds a current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and Construction White Card, with flexibility to work across project locations as required.
