This role focuses on supporting the deployment of Time & Scheduling tools and processes for our KH Indonesia, espescially factories. As a Time and Scheduling Deployment Senior Analyst, you will execute critical deployment activities, ensuring successful delivery of KH global templates and solutions. You will report to the Deployment Lead and work closely with KH global teams to drive smooth implementation and adoption.
Job & Responsibilities
Execute testing and deployment activities to validate new Time & Scheduling tools and processes during rollout.
Prepare and maintain deployment documentation, including test scripts, configuration details, and status reports.
Assist in local implementation of “One Best Way” standards, ensuring alignment to global processes and templates for Indonesia factories.
Coordinate with stakeholders to support change plans, track completion against timelines, and resolve issues during execution.
Monitor and track KPIs related to process efficiency, testing success, and adoption metrics to ensure project objectives are met.
Collaborate with global teams (COEs, technology) to support integrated solutions and policy harmonization for Time & Attendance processes.
Support continuous improvement efforts through observation and execution feedback during deployment phases.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Technology, or related field (advanced qualifications optional).
5 years of working experiemces, espescially in HR factories.
Experiences in HR system transformation project would be an advantage.
Working knowledge of Time & Attendance and scheduling processes; exposure to production planning or factory operations preferred.
Strong skills in data gathering, testing coordination, and process documentation
Problem-solving and adaptability to manage project changes and execution priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
