Job Description

Our job is to power Kraft Heinz (KH) with the best talent and technology solutions in the world. As Time and Scheduling Deployment Lead, you will own the testing and delivery of Time & Scheduling new tools during the deployment to KH Indonesia, especially factories. This role should work in close collaboration with KH Global Process Owner for Time and Scheduling and KH Global Deployment Leads, supporting the deployment of our Global Templates and successful completion of the project.

Job & Responsibilities

  • Support the development “One Best Way” for these processes including alignment on resources, structure, technology and processes templates that will drive global consistency on the way we operate for Indonesia factories.

  • Build detailed Business Requirements Documents and make sure that our process and technology can guarantee an efficient operation and deliver on the metrics defined for project success.

  • Build and deliver change and deployment plans making sure that they happen on time, in full, within budget and with no disruption to our operations.

  • Guarantee effective testing of the new technologies and adoption of new Key Behavior Indicators for our Indonesia factories.

  • Liaise with global COEs and technology teams to drive integrated solutions and collaborate with appropriate partners on policy harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives related to Pay and Time processes.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and track progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, Master’s Degree or relevant certification preferred.

  • 5 years experiences in managerial positions and experiences in HR related system transformation process.

  • Project Management and Change Management skills and experiences.

  • Deep functional expertise in Scheduling and Time & attendance global processes and ideally production planning and site management.

  • Exceptional experience in problem solving and continuous improvement to support the constant changes and needs of our business

  • Good knowledge of Indonesia labour regulation.
