Job Description

• Track and maintain work time for hourly employees.
• Ensure accurate time records.
• Generate reports as requested.
• Enter new employees into timekeeping system.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain seated and work at a computer workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day with customary breaks).
• Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone/headset.
• Ability to read information displayed on computer monitors and other electronic devices.
• Frequent verbal communication to interact with clients, employees, and internal stakeholders via phone, video conferencing, and email.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements required for keyboarding and data entry.
• Occasionally move about the office to attend meetings, collaborate with team members, or access office equipment.
• Occasionally lift and/or move office materials or equipment weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to work in a standard office or remote work environment with minimal physical exertion.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and work a scheduled shift, including occasional overtime or adjusted hours based on business needs.
