Director, Retail Marketing (Timberland)
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Director, Retail Marketing at Timberland looks a little like this.
You will be responsible for elevating the consumer journey and driving cohesive brand expression across all DTC, including brick‑and‑mortar environments. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the strategy and execution of retail marketing initiatives that enhance store performance, deepen consumer connections, advance product marketing, elevate store design principles, and create meaningful, immersive consumer experiences, as well as drive traffic and conversion.

Hiring Range
$171,600.00 USD - $214,500.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
