You are an internally recognized expert in process development and process engineering and identify, define and solve complex business problems by applying your broad technical and consumer knowledge and in-depth understanding of manufacturing technology related to Mondelēz products. You serve as a senior technical resource for the organization, regularly interacting with senior management.
You will support development, optimization and specification of processes that deliver consumer benefit through new products, quality improvements and cost savings opportunities. You will develop project objectives, technical approach, project plans, deliverables and timelines to deliver solutions on time and on budget, and execute against these plans, all while providing status updates to stakeholders. As a technical leader for process development and process technologies, you will: continually evolve your business-relevant expertise; define and share technical best practices; influence technical direction for the benefit of the business, and; drive the technical development of people in RDQ through teaching, coaching and mentoring, and identifying future technical leaders.

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead, a pivotal role within our plant's leadership team. This position demands a dynamic professional with a robust technical background and proven leadership capabilities, ready to drive innovation, new technology implementation and operational excellence.
As a key member of our leadership team (PLT), you will be instrumental in bridging complex technical insights with strategic business objectives. Your ability to influence, communicate gaps, and champion best practices will be critical in delivering measurable results that impact waste reduction, efficiency gains, and sustained growth across our operations.

Salary and Benefits: The expected base salary range for this position is $102,600 to $128,250 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 14% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.
