Job Description

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Food Service Manager (Tim Hortons Manager) to lead our Tim Hortons team in Canora, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:
• Manages store operations, drives financial success, builds great teams, and builds a meeting place in the community.
• Responsible for executing and delivering all operational performance objectives to drive guest satisfaction.
• Manages inventory, supplies, maintenance, cleanliness, and store presentation.
• Ensures Always Fresh standards and waste control.
• Leads team toward goals through coaching, motivation, and alignment with company values.
• Tracks sales, updates POS, and manages budgets.
• Controls costs (food, paper, labour) and uses CPP data to maximize profits and manage payroll.
• Assist in recruiting new staff and training/management of Baker, Food Service Staff (Food Service Counter Attendant) and Food Service Supervisor.
• Creates schedules, supports development, and ensures shift coverage.
• Maintains open communication, handles discipline, and ensures compliance with policies and legislation.
• Manages guest experience, prepares reports, and engages with the community.
• Enforces safety legislation, safe work practices, and PPE use.
• Conducts inspections, manages hazards, and ensures compliance with health and safety policies.
• Supervises 5 to 10 staff, including Baker, Food Service Staff (Food Service Counter Attendant) and Food Service Supervisor.

Qualifications:
• 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience required; management experience is an asset.
• Food service industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Tim Hortons products and procedures is an asset.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and mentor staff.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Effective in problem-solving, organization, time management, and resource planning to maintain service standards.
• Professional demeanour when interacting with customers, team members, and suppliers.
• Proficient with POS systems and electronic cash registers.
• Skilled in MS Office Suite.
• This position could include a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Criminal Record Check required.

Schedule:
• 40 hours per week.
• The store is open Sunday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Candidates must be flexible and available to work shifts within these days and times, as required.
