To note: This role will require some flexibility to work weekends when operations require. For example, when we're extra busy over bedding season & christmas season you may be asked to pick up additional shifts or swap one of your weekdays to help cover a weekend.
As a Tills & Customer Service Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, helping to ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome and outstanding service.
Your key responsibilities will include:

✅ Has excellent customer service skills and enjoys interacting with people
✅ Has a positive, friendly, and approachable attitude
✅ Is confident communicating with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
✅ Can remain calm and professional when resolving customer queries
✅ Works well as part of a team in a busy environment
✅ Has previous retail, till, or cash-handling experience (preferred but not essential)
