We are seeking a skilled and dependable Wall and Floor Tiler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and installing ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and other tile finishes to a high standard in residential, commercial, and industrial properties to a high standard. The role requires attention to detail, strong practical skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Measure and set-out surfaces for tile installation.
• Prepare walls, floors, and other surfaces by cleaning, levelling, waterproofing, and applying suitable underlays.
• Cut and shape tiles using appropriate tools.
• Lay ceramic, porcelain, stone, mosaic, and other tile materials according to design specifications.
• Apply adhesives, grouts, sealants, and waterproofing systems.
• Install movement joints, trims, and edging profiles as required.
• Ensure tile layouts are accurate, level, and visually consistent.
• Remove and replace damaged tiles during repair and maintenance works.
• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Comply with company policies and all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Quality Workmanship to the highest standards
• Assist with other site duties when required
