Duties & Responsibilities
- Install commercial tile flooring according to plans and specifications
- Prepare subfloors and work areas
- Use tools and materials safely and correctly
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications
Education & Training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- On-the-job training or apprenticeship experience helpful
- Safety training (such as OSHA) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of tile installation methods and tools
- Ability to read basic plans and measurements
- Physical ability to lift materials and work on job sites
- Attention to detail and quality
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
